Church 50th Anniversary Reunion

August 8th and 9th past and present members gathered at the Friendswood Church of Christ for the 50th Anniversary Reunion.  Saturday afternoon there were lots of things for the kids to do outside in play and fun followed by hamburgers and hot dogs in a meal at 5pm.  A gathering in the church presented the video interview of Gary Taliaferro close to 7pm. 

On Sunday morning the assembly featured the past ministers, Gary Taliaferro and Mike McAlister, and current minister, Danny Mercer, with short summaries of the church life up to current. 

After the service there was a catered lunch and a lot of visiting with friends.  The entire event is edited into my video   2015-08-08 & 09  50th Anniversary Friendswood Church
