Finally Some Progress

New A/C Units for up and downstairs have been installed with new ductwork. Insulation has been installed and sheetrock is now going in. Stress has been high and I nearly had to go to the hospital on the 18th as an irregular heartbeat caused by a cold and cold medication vs. heart medicine incident produced very similar circumstances that caused my attack during Ike. Quickly taking the missed heart medication and aspirin averted that unnecessary hospital visit and surely many subsequent tests and a hospital stay. Still, I can't help but wonder how I've managed to add 17 pounds in two month even as shoulder problems and the holidays kept me from normal exercise. So back to the excercise bike and diet now that my cold has concluded.
